1-2-1 Lumina Spark Coaching
ADHD coaching with Daisy Bloom using Lumina Spark is a personalised and empowering experience that can help you better understand your unique strengths, challenges, and behavioural patterns. By integrating the Lumina Spark psychometric tool these sessions offer clear insights into how your ADHD traits interact with your natural preferences and tendencies. Sessions focus on building self-awareness, developing practical strategies for focus, time management, and emotional regulation, and fostering self-compassion.
Are you currently employed or self-employed, and find that ADHD affects your job performance? You may be eligible to apply for an Access to Work grant from the government, which can assist in covering the costs of ADHD coaching and other available support.
