Learning about RSD has been a massive game changer for me. I'm now looking forward to taking the ADHD works course so I can learn more about it and hopefully develop some tools to help me deal with it.
Beth is an amazing coach! She's extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Having a coach who is a similar age and later in life diagnosed was such a huge benefit. I was able to talk through issues and Beth offered me really useful advise. She helped me develop tools that will enable me to work more productively day to day. I had 8 sessions in total and wouldn't hesitate to have further sessions with Beth in the future.
Beck is the most highly skilled Coach I have had the pleasure of meeting, which, given my 17 year career working in L&D alongside many coaches, is a big statement!
It was obvious immediately that Beck had specifically decided to train as an ADHD coach because she is incredibly passionate about supporting those with ADHD. There is no limit to her compassion, and she genuinely wants the very best for me.
Beck is highly skilled at reading her coachee and knowing when to challenge, when to listen, when to leave silence and when to ask "so tell me more..."
Our journey together has led to remarkable progress that far exceeded my expectations. Whilst I have experienced a lot of coaching my career, ADHD Coaching with Beck was a real game changer. She created a world where my ADHD wasn't a disability; in fact she helped me see how it contributed to what makes me awesome.
Nicky is such an incredibly skilled coach. The questions that she asks are so thought provoking and really made me stop in my tracks and think of things I’d not even considered before. I love how non judgemental Nicky is, she’s so supportive and encouraging and her calm manner helps me to be calm too. I’ve also been lucky enough to be part of a group coaching session that Nicky facilitated. It was so motivational and I left feeling really inspired to make changes to my own behaviour.
Thank you Beth for helping me to breathe again - our sessions created a safe space to learn more about myself without shame or judgement.
I found my sessions with Beth truly transformational. I now have a much better understanding of myself, my strengths, weaknesses and why i may or may not be able to accomplish the things I want to. I am also waiting for an autism assessment so think further coaching will be essential to understand the impact of both neurodivergent conditions on my daily functioning.
Being late diagnosed with ADHD and heavily impacted by menopause Beth fully understood the challenges I faced and helped me recognise my strengths which I didn't always see for myself. Coaching with Beth has given me a full toolbox of hacks and strategies which I now use when I need to, so I can manage my ADHD in a way that works for me. The difference this has made in my day-to-day life has been life-changing. Having been apprehensive at first that it may not be successful, ADHD coaching has been a decision I will always be so grateful I made.
I have had the pleasure of working with Rebecca for 15 years on many training and coaching projects. Rebecca is an exceptional coach and an absolute joy to work with.
Rebeccas approach is always considered and compassionate. Her empathetic approach allows people to feel understood and empowered, which significantly enhances their progress and self-discovery.
One aspect of her coaching that stands out is her ability to create a safe and supportive environment for people to explore their thoughts and emotions. Her adeptness at asking thought-provoking questions and actively listening enables people to gain deeper insights into their challenges and opportunities.
Rebecca’s commitment to ongoing learning and development in the field of coaching is inspiring. Rebecca’s willingness to explore new techniques and methodologies reflects her dedication to excellence and ensures that she continually evolves as a coach.
In summary, Rebecca’s coaching is making a profound impact on the lives of many and her positive influence extends throughout her peers. Her passion, expertise, and genuine care for the well-being of others are truly commendable.
This week’s win was pretty big and I wanted to share it with you! Thanks to your coaching I have started a new job that has just kept exploding with opportunities. I got my Remarkable via access to work that has been life changing. I am now an Awareness lead for our Neurodiversity Network which leads to my wins for this week.
Sharing my ADHD and perimenopause story on our intranet on Monday and then on Wednesday I was at the British Diversity Awards where we won Neurodiversity Network of the year.
I just wanted to say a massive thank you, our conversations and your coaching were amazing and I now use them everyday. I am very grateful for them.

Beck allowed me to get all of my thoughts, feelings and behaviours out and explained - then very concisely fed back suggestions, reflections and ideas on how to improve or modify them.
Not only were the sessions practically useful in terms of strategies, but I loved every minute of talking things through with Beck, and seeing things from a different perspective just from our discussions.
I now have a 'reference book' of my strengths and saboteurs which I am able to apply to every situation where I can feel myself start to react emotionally.
I can see WHY I feel this way, WHAT I can do next, and HOW I can approach in a better mindset.
As well as practical strategies for task and time management, I also learned how I can help myself handle my RSD and minimise my ADHD triggers.
It was empowering to talk to someone who really understood what was going on in my brain! Beth was comforting, assuring, kicked my ass (gently) when needed but also really helped me to be proud of just how far I've come. Beth is a ledge.
I found that the sessions were really adaptable and seemed to focus on the aspect with my ADHD that was important that week.
My coach Beth was absolutely wonderful and incredibly positive. She was fantastic at allowing me the space to talk openly and this allowed me to really feel comfortable.
There wasn't any outcome to begin which I appreciated and learned a lot about myself during the process. Beth was incredible and very accommodating to my needs and was always there to be a lending ear if anything. It was a wonderful and personalised experience.
My coach was absolutely brilliant. I have had many therapists, counsellors, support workers etc. over the years, and while some of them truly would have been helpful had I not had ADHD, the fact that Beth is trained exactly in how an ADHD person struggles, made all the difference.
Beth, was great at listening and understanding, how I could develop and build strategies to help me develop. She was great at helping me understand more about me and unlock those strategies that will ultimately help me be the best version of myself.
Beth was patient and understanding and clear in the request to allow me to unlock the strategies that I have been struggling with, thank you for giving me the tools to move forward.
It has enabled me to gain clarity around my life and adopt strategies appropriately.
I found the whole process extremely beneficial, I think I was matched to a great coach who understood my unique circumstances and showed great empathy in all our interactions.
Nicky was great to work with. Listened to our views on areas of focus, great support strategies utilised and encouraged, and loved the summary follow up email.
I really appreciated Beth taking the time to speak with me and help
to shape the session to suit what we needed.
The session was interesting and really informative, and delivered with humour too. Everyone found it really engaging, and I've had so much positive feedback since the session. There was a lot for everyone to think about, and I know it's really resonated with people, which is exactly what we were hoping for.
I really hope we can work with you again in the future!
Beth was open, honest and very approachable. Beth listened well to the other panellist and commented and added valuable content each time.
